ezController respects and protects the privacy of all users who use the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, this application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. However, this application will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy, this application will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission. Device Permission Usage Description

During operation, this application may need to call certain system permissions on your mobile device and collect necessary device information in order to provide Bluetooth device connection and control services. Specific details are as follows:

• We will collect your device name, MAC address, and other Bluetooth device information for Bluetooth scanning, connection, and data communication services.
• Our Bluetooth feature will collect your device information in order to provide you with device control, status reading, firmware upgrade, and other services.
• We will collect your device information in the silent/background state in order to maintain connection with paired devices or perform automatic reconnection while the app is in the background, ensuring service continuity. Background collection only involves device identifiers and connection status, and will not be used for any other purpose.
• Location Permission (applicable only to Android systems): According to Android system requirements, scanning and discovering nearby Bluetooth devices requires location permission. This application only uses this permission for Bluetooth device discovery and pairing; it does not record, store, or upload your real-time geographic location information. Your location information will not be used for any other purpose nor shared with any third party.

The above permissions become effective only after your explicit authorization, and you can close or withdraw authorization at any time in the device system settings. However, please note that disabling necessary permissions may prevent Bluetooth connection functions from working properly. Device information collected by this application is used only for device identification and connection, does not involve personal identification information, and will not retain data that can be used to track personal activities after the connection is complete.

Meanwhile, to continuously improve application performance and optimize user experience, we also collect the following information for statistical analysis: device identification information (such as IMEI, Android ID, DEVICE_ID, IDFA, SIM card IMSI, OAID, etc.) to count unique devices and distinguish users, so as to understand the coverage and usage of the application; app launch data to analyze app responsiveness and startup performance; and exception error logs to locate and fix issues, improving application stability. The data collected above is anonymized and will not be associated with your personal identity. We will not use such data for any purpose other than those stated in this policy, nor will we provide any personally identifiable information to third parties.
